It might seem a little scary at first but once you experience this feeling of special inner freedom you 'll feel emotionally powerfull and mentally stronger.
You don't have to feel brave enough to do it, or wait to find the perfect movie for you to enjoy. Just chose a day and book that cinema ticket!
A test of independence and self-discipline.
Practice the art of bearing your own feelings completely alone.
Of course going to the cinema with a partner or a group of friends is a truly fun activity, but chosing once in while to go by yourself you manage to internalize all the after movie discussion and analysis of the film. In this way you give your inner child the push to engage more and in a deeper level with the screenplay. To feel more, to identify symbolisms, to personalise them and to enjoy the big screen to the fullest.
Some may compare going to the cinema with a mild and mellow psychotherapy session and it's a fact that these sessions most commonly demand one-to-one contact. In the dark auditorium, under the magical penumbra of the screen let the story lure you away and have trust in the process...
Enjoy feeling yourself!
